General Partner
Ethan Namvar is a managing partner of Centricity Financial and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley. He has taught courses in Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, Derivatives, and Investments. He has consulted in the areas of investment strategy, portfolio management, and risk management for various investment advisories, hedge funds and fund of funds.
Ethan received a Masters in Financial Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from University of California, Irvine. He is a CAIA Charterholder and holds the Series 3 and Series 65 NASD/FINRA licenses.
Architect
Eugene has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the architectural design process and project management. He started his career working for an architectural firm based in Durban, South Africa that focused on high end custom house designs. After gaining sufficient experience, Eugene left this firm and started his own firm in 2007. From 2007 to 2021 Eugene grew his firm into a successful architectural firm within the greater Durban area that did projects of all scales ranging from luxury custom homes, shopping centers, churches, restaurants, gas stations, warehousing complexes and high-rise multi-unit developments.
Eugene Graduated from the university of Kwazulu-Natal in 2004 with a bachelor degree in architecture.
